We’re just a few weeks away from St. Patrick’s day and I thought I’d share some printables and a recipe for a healthy smoothie both you and your child will love.
The printable has squared edges for the flags, just snip a triangle out like I did. Use a 2.5” punch for the cupcake toppers. I chose to do circles for both, but I think a scalloped punch would be great look great on the chevron topper.

Now that you have your printables, it’s time for some smoothie goodness. This smoothie is packed full of healthy good for you ingredients that won’t make you feel guilty when your child wants more than one glass. My toddler had two! Super yum and a great way to get in veggies, fruit, and bone building calcium.
Luck O’ The Irish Smoothie (makes 2 glasses)
Ingredients:
1 avocado
1 banana
1 cup of spinach
2 Tbl honey
1 cup of ice
1 cup of milk
Directions:
Blend until smooth and serve cold.
Enjoy and happy crafting!

Thanks for stopping by! My daughter does a smoothie everyday and loves them.
I am pinning this for the smoothie recipe! My daughter is almost 23 months old and I think a smoothie might be a good way to get some different vitamins and nutrients in her. By the way, I found you at the 'do something crafty' party.
